If you have a issue with your stove then please get in touch with me.  It's possible to  return your stove within 14 days. All stoves must be returned properly packaged and in perfect order. I am not responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Once you have your stove you're welcome to contact me any time regarding installation, use of the stove, or any other concerns you have.
